Considering how Agile and fast Pakistanis are in Hockey that same ability normally does not translates into Pakistan's football Team , we lack that speed and agility and raw skill in grass root level.

But technically Hockey / Football have similar tactics for possession and passing around of the ball and almost same amount of running

Shorter time, smaller ground and unlimited substitution makes hockey physically much less taxing than football. Further not able to use hands makes football a tougher game and hence requires more skills.
