Have the Chinese replaced Americans as the worst tourists in the world?

The paper went on to publish a countdown of the Chinese’s worst sins:
– A tendency to not flush the toilet.
– Flouting traffic laws when driving, riding a bicycle, or parking their car.
– Being loud, even in five-star hotels.
– Littering, spitting, queue jumping.
– Allowing children to defecate in public pools.
– Terrible English-language skills that lead to difficulties in communication.

Just a reminder that both China and India have problems, not just India. The Chinese are just better had hiding it.

But the irony is that in spite of all this, China is an emerging super power while we are still an emerging regional power!! Sucks, what?

And by the way, I haven't seen that signboard written in Mandarin anywhere near the Louvre in Paris.
