Yes, they did. They could have made Gaza a success story by focusing on development noting that Israel didn't pull out of Gaza to return back and occupy it. Plus, at the time all crossings were open. This would have helped Palestinian issue more than the useless rockets which brought nothing but more blood and destruction. I don't care about Israel, but this what serves Palestine the best.
Stop lying. It's Ramadan and you're lying. The siege was imposed on Gaza immediately when several representatives of Hamas were elected into the national government. Israel put the siege so there can be no development.
Further, Hamas hasn't failed Gaza. That's not what the author is implying, but of course you didn't even read the article because your heart is full of wahn and hatred. Clean it up.
