I don't know if you are taking care of your sleep, full hours and at the right time. Start sleeping early for a straight eight hour sleep. Physical activity is must, start taking some martial arts / boxing classes with some lifting or something. Then comes in diet, ghar ka bana kha daba kay .... chicken, beef, eggs, daaly sabzia .....
