HAL trainer aircraft or Pilatus? Govt verdict today

That's the point, it wasn't that difficult and HAL had plenty of experience too, they simply messed it up, possibly because they were too optimistic about MoD and IAF not going against them no matter how much delays we see (that's what happens if you give companies monopoly). So supporting HAL now on this, to the disadvantage of IAF and although it was a mess HAL created on their own, is not a punishment at all. In fact this rejection and the first order of Pilatus trainer gave them a much bigger push to get IJT ready, but sadly even there things doesn't look that good.

if i am appointed as a junior to parrikar, i will sit on HAL chairman's HEAD , and wont come down until the job gets done..
