The original parsis from 1000s of years ago may have been Persian but modern day parsis in india are just as gangu as are modern day indians. I've been to around 50 countries by now, I'm not embarrassed in the least by not visiting places that are not the top of my list. Except Petra and the Roman ruins, Jordan doesn't have much to offer, like 90% of the country is just barren desert. I might visit it if I am in the neighborhood, but going there especially makes no sense whatsoever. Perhaps I might do Israel, Lebanon, Jordan and Cyprus in a single trip one day, but none of these countries are worth visiting on their own unless you live nearby in the middle east.

Cleanliness isn't really a factor in my travels. Been to and had a hell of a time in places like Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Ecuador which can't really be called clean. Sure, cleaner than India, but hardly clean especially if go to poor/non tourist areas. With a population lower than Bangalore, obviously Jordan must be clean, doesn't mean its fun. If you have a low population, maintaining cleanliness isn't that hard.

You didn't understand what @Philip the Arab had said for comparison between Jordan and India. He said that Average Jordanian lives a far better and comfortable live compared to an Average Indian. Cleanliness is one part of the better and comfortable life, but it is not all of it.
Why fun has become part of it!! For example I Visited Muscat for just one day and I was impressed. It was clean, it was organised, it has good health system, it's general people were living in good accommodation.
IF they have nightclubs and bars or not, doesn't impact on their standard of living. It only means that crackheads I see every Friday and Saturday night in my country, wouldn't be enjoying it, because there would be no "fun" for them.
Ask the Police in the UK or any other European country or USA/Canada, they will tell you it is no fun for them over the weekend.
