Is that World One Mumbai ? Or is it still under construction
it is on hold for the last couple of years . it's present truncated height will be it's final height probably . same with omkar towers , same with oasis and same with palais royal . DEMOCRACY

Hmmm.. Was having a discussion with my mate Tarun, Who's from Bombay.. He's take is that most of the building boom are sans proper planning or building standards, Most large contractors have payed kickbacks to the local authorities to get the plans passed and Bombay might face a massive issue with Earth Quake threats and ground water seepage in years to come, You reckon thats one of the reasons ? @Bombaywalla

Btw the bloke works for a top legal firm there, Mainly in to property matters.. So he is quite nuanced about the ground situation

Most large projects, whether residential or commercial, follow proper safety and construction standards. What hasn’t kept pace with the vertical growth however, is the infra on the ground. That is where the problem lies, and hopefully, these issues will be sorted out in due course.
