The difference between bluewater and greenwater ships is not merely of carrying stores, it is also to some extent - to some major extent - a naval architectural design. Bluewater ships are better sea-keepers; their sailors are better protected from the elements, they tend to carry fewer personnel, their living quarters permit extended sea duration, their build keeps off the worse effects of wind and water.

A bluewater ship with limited fuel in its tanks and insufficient space to carry food provisions will do well with replenishment ships supporting them at sea. A greenwater ship will not become a bluewater ship with or without the replenishment ship.

I don't think so.
Sensors are composed of an Advanced Lightweight Phased Array (ALPHA) ELM-2258, AESA S-band radar, with automatic track initiation at +120 km (for fighters) and +25 km (for missiles), and a 796 hull-mounted search-and-attack sonar. Electronic warfare includes an AN/SLQ-25 Nixie towed torpedo decoy system, a radar warning receiver Elisra NS-9003/9005, and three Elbit Deseaver chaff decoys.
