Granted Indian citizenship 18 years after she came from Pakistan, contesting Panchayat elections in

As long as BJP is in the govt. in Assam, one can have faith that ALL miyas will be flushed out.
Amit Shah offered a simple solution to the student organisation in Assam, support us and we will make sure that 70 lakhs miyas are ousted before the polls which they rejected by invoking the Assam Accord which in itself is an evolving document. Rejected only because if BJP solves the immigrant problem in Assam these 50+ years old student leaders would be rendered jobless, and they won't be able to agitate on anything much less collect crores of money in the name of it by fooling the public.

We will not give up easily, i can proudly say that only BJP in Assam is sincere in taming the bull(miyas) by its horns. All the protests and vandalism you saw on tv in Assam over CAA was only their attempt to gather public support to form a new political outfit.

.
Congress has been relegated to the dustbin in Assam, the jatiyobadis here are making a case for the formation of a new political party with the help of the artistes and woke intellectuals, and Congress and Bangladeshi miya party AIUDF has assured them of outside support. It will be outright political war here in the coming months. Personally speaking, i would favour a regional party over Congress any day, except the little problem that these regionalists were always in cahoots with the miyas, and would totally destroy the state even if voted to power for a term.

Non BJP govt. in Assam is just a matter of time and if the NRC does not get resolved by then, its back to square one.

Along with NRC, we need to stop miyas from encroaching on tribal lands and implement Clause 6 of the Assam Accord to secure indigenous rights which no government prior to BJP even dared to venture to. If they manage to do these within the next 6 or so months i i am very much hopeful of them coming back to power.

Also, we would then need to go for delimitation of Assembly constituencies before polls so that the number of miya constituencies can be dragged down to a bare minimum. That would contain the damage to a great extent.

1. Yes, local residence is a state subject. Local state provides the Residence or domicile certificate

2. Anyone who is unable to provide required proof will be declared a non citizen.

A retired Army officer, who was charged for being an illegal immigrant, has been left out of the National Register of Citizens (NRC) list published this morning.

He was, however, not particularly surprised by the development. "I was not expecting my name to be in the list as my case is still pending in the High Court. I have full faith in the judiciary, and I am confident that I will get justice," news agency ANI quoted Mohammad Sanaullah as saying.

3. Citizenship is a Federal subject, but NRC is conducted by the SC

4. Not interested in Trash talk. Take your fetish elsewhere.

1. Domicile Certificate is a state subject, but what happens after the age of 18? you are giving impression that being a native of an Indian State does not give you Citizenship. you are just beating around the bush.

you mean to say, all those lakhs of people lived their whole lives, born, went to school, college, joined Govt services, Military etc reached to 70 and 90 years of age but they were not Indian Citizen.

Generally, the following documents are required for obtaining a Domicile Certificate:

  • Proof of residences such as ration card or driving license
  • Age proof such as birth certificate, school certificate (10th admit card), etc.
  • Two passport size photographs
  • Proof of identity such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.
  • Self-declaration form.
  • Duly filled the application form.
  • Photocopies of all documents duly attested by a government official.
  • An affidavit from tahsil or court.
2.For this retired office, what happened to his birth certificate, domicile, adhaar card etc what he used to join the Army?? gone missing from his personal records, state records, Army records and federal records???

3.NRC is called National Register of Citizens, which falls under Federal Govt. to make it clear again its called NATIONAL register of CITIZENS not State Register of Citizens.

Data can be collected at state level for the federal Govt which has all records of its Citizens.

if you stop your baseless randi rona, their will be no trash talk......all your posts are equal to trash talk, how long other person can tolerate.

1. To join Indian army one only needs to provide class 10th certificate and state domicile certificate. No other citizenship proof is required.

To prove citizenship, these are not enough. One needs Birth certificate.

2. There are PLENTY of Nepali citizens who are part of the Indian Army. Like I said, one does not have to be an Indian citizen to be part of Indian army

3. There is NO Federal NRC in India. Assam NRC was part of Assam Accord and was implemented by the SC

Yeah you are

I guess you know me better than I know myself. :coffee:

Carry on for your ALL IS WELL IN INDIA RANTS AND INDIA BECOMING HELLISH COUNTRY FOR ITS MINORITIES AND ESPECIALLY FOR MUSLIMS OF INDIA
JAY HYPER POWER OF THE UNIVERSE JAY HIND

.
1. There is no difference between a colony and a Ghetto or a wadi etc.. A poor colony is called a "slum" or a "ghetto". The only difference is the economic status.
2. The muslims themselves have kept their people backward by following 7th century practices like keeping women uneducated and showing intolerance for others.
3. RAW employees are how publicly listed. Also No official statistics are available on the number of Muslims in security forces since Indian govt. conducts no such survey. Sachar report was ONLY for civilian govt. jobs.
4. PM does not have to prove he is Indian. Citizenship is verified when anyone stands for election in India.
1. Since you are Hindu fascist you don't even want to look into the real meaning of Ghetto and how it isolates a minority group from rest of society.. Hindu terrorists have deliberately isolated Muslim community and a common Hindu like you is OK with it..
upload_2020-1-18_18-55-57.png

2. This is the lame excuse by a fascist Hindu like you .. reality is different and reality is that Muslims have been kept backward by design since Hindu thinks that Hindustan is only meant for Hindus .. now you can also know as to why Sikhs are considered part of Hinduism.. P.S. Consider editing your post to use capital M for Muslims.
3. This is what Sachar report says. It includes Security agencies.

and what your fascist Hindu-self has avoided searching .. let me spoon feed you..

4. So that's why NRC-CAA is launched ... to systematically remove Muslims even from election process... just putting words in constitution don't matter .. what is happening on ground really matters..

Thanks God Jinnah gave us separate country..

Sikhs are free to demand a separate identity. For now they are considered Hindu, but a minority sect , same as Lingayat which is another sect of Hinduism who has got "minority" status.
so technically only Hindus and Hindus sub-sects have been PM.. NO other religion in India qualifies to be PM in India.. what a shame for India ...
