As far as I know, governer is only a symbol of federation in the provinces with no political power. All the development work that you so succinctly ascribed to him, should actually be credited to Sindh assembly. Ibad should be tried for 37 murder charges, which were withdrawn by mushi to get mqm support.

no, all these development programs were initiated by ibad(little funds provided by provincial assembly) and thats why you see him and not CM at the opening ceremony, most of these fundings have been done by foreign governments

he is the one who has pushed the sindh govt for KCR projects(overseas funding), he is the one who initiated the 8 flyovers development program through KMC

all the medical projects you saw in the video has been initiated by dr sagheer ahmed MQM of health department

governor does have some powers, but he doesnt have all the funds at his disposal, mostly governor is rubber stamp, little what ibad has the authority he used it and thats why he is the best governor of pakistan by far

In all these videos, he's most likely there for an opening ceremony, doesn't mean he actually conducted or executed all these projects. Governors and President in Pakistan are rubber stamps and we all know it pretty well.. Don't tell me that Sindh is an exception of any kind.

in the opening ceremony of metro bus did you see punjab's governor or other opening ceremonies where shahbaz was not present and governor was present

the administrative control comes directly under the governor, who looks after the local bodies or administration, but the appointments are made by sindh assembly and the funding is done by them
