There is no proper role of rigging defined in People Representative Act 1976, no surprise there that Lawmakers didn't bother updating it. Besides, the Judge values his life more than the decision. Only declaring the election void earned him death threats from a Federal Information Minister and Provincial Law Minister, imagine what would happen if we would have declared it rigging.
