Of course for me Pakistan is the best for obvious reasons, but other than that every country has its merits and demerits. Its very difficult to issue a blanket statement.

Best cars... Albania.
Even a sweeper drives a Bentley. Because most cars stolen from the rest of Europe, specially Germany, end up in Albania for further processing, such as removal of parts and then sold.
