1) Afghanistan businessman would not want t pay extra cost and time to travel 1000 KM through Iran

The China–Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC) is a development megaproject which aims to connect Gwadar Port in southwestern Pakistan to China's northwestern autonomous region of Xinjiang, via a network of highways, railways and pipelines to transport oil and gas...

CPEC which includes roads and railways will pass through the entire length of Pakistan, Azad Kashmir (Azad Kashmir) and Baluchistan and it will reduce the distance for Chinese goods bound for Europe, Africa, the entire western hemisphere, substantially by almost 2000 miles and vice versa. Trade by CPEC will be bypassing the Strait of Malacca in Southeast Asia by that many miles. The Chinese goods if they were to be unloaded at New York or Norfolk and Baltimore rather than California will travel less by two thousand miles though the Suez Canal route.

Sir G, this route will be for all neighbours even central Asian states, Afghanistan and Russia.
India 's inclusion is subject to trust building, reciprocation and equality. All these are a dream under Modi's regime.

Afghanistan to watch own interests and not to force/pressurise Pakistan for Indian interests, such attitude will be unacceptable and Afghanistan will not gain anything but denial.
