Since you claim to be a vedic scholar, Can you quote the specific SANSKRIT Vedic verse that make these claims ?

1. hymns about mythology
2. hymns about religious rituals
3. instructions for religious rituals
4. magic spells against enemies, sorcerers, and diseases

and the 5th one might be the epic mahabharata
