Probably Pakistan would get some technology transfer and built in house a HGV (you get the point) we have enough ghauri 1 SSM that can be used as launch vehicles.

He is obviously not telling the whole story. He is a retired army general and he was also part of ISI. I am sure he knows more than some of us. I have meet him in a wedding few years back.

TRIPC nations (Turkey, Russia, Iran, Pakistan and China need to have a solid econo-military alliance if the world is to have multipolar world order. They must have full trust and intimate relationship of the highest military order to ensure balance of power and strength.
