Jinnah was a top class barrister and constitutionalist. He was even a very successful lawyer here in UK. He can't be in a jail when he himself practiced law for 50 years in courts. Don't compare Jinnah with the names you mentioned in your post.

I know few of them were lawyer too but none of them was as capable as Jinnah was in law.
