Thank you to PM Modi for helping recognize and defend the Chinese claim over disputed territory.

The whole meltdown reminded me of an interview with General Jin Yinan in 2020 where he leaked what happened before anyone else from the Chinese military. In his words India was heavily traumatized after 1962 but after the relative Chinese inaction during Doklam they felt that they got their grooves back. When Galwan happened they are traumatized again. He mused that for the sake of both countries, it is better that they stay traumatized.
