Tunisian Government is having good relations with French Establishment and in many things Tunisian Government see towards French.
I think there is mechanism within each European countries to check out if there are injustices done to innocent civilians which violates basic and human rights against the constitution of those countries, EU Charter, Vienna conventions, Geneva conventions, Hague conventions and UN charter. I dont think that EU countries will overlook human rights and if they will then certain EU countries will lose their investments in all the other countries and lost the battle of hearts and minds.
If any EU establishment will indulge in injustices then in long term it will spoil its international relations with other countries.
