When Russia takes the two major cities in the following days the war will be pretty much over. Doubt any weapons will ever reach Ukraine before the war ends anyway. Russia is going to carve out the East of Dneiper as a buffer state and hand back Kiev to relieve sanctions. Russia knows what they are doing.

But with the shift this policy regarding, I see no problems.
Can test them and improve the system.
Europe and US should do what Sunni states did with Sunni Iraqi insurgents and Iran with Shia insurgents.
Let the Russians bleed and force them to do the Russian way (Grozny/Idlib).
Sadly it came to this point, the child fell already into the well.
Now it's time to do this.
Putin has to be brutal to get the western Ukrainians down, especially if they act as partisans.
He miscalculated the love the majority of Ukrainians have for Russians.

Russian Air Force may be junk & no where near capable as the Rafale. But Russia has never believed in Quality, but rather Quantity.

Notice, extremely low launch signature for such a large missile.

All SACLOS launchers have a downside is that if the operator panics, the missile loses guidance. Full F&F missiles fully worth their cost.

The thing with TOWs is that they are heavy ATGMs. Only somewhat man-portable.

Good thing about that is them still outranging modern 120mm guns, which is a great psychological weapon.

Putin says he will achieve their objectives no matter what it takes, Lavrov and other officials talks about nuclear weapons almost on daily basis, my question is what will happen if Russian forces in Ukraine get destroyed it seems it is going that way?

War will not end with the capture of a city .. there will be an resistence and insurgency phase aswell..

No. The training would take months and they are too expensive and they wouldn't risk having one being shot down by the Russians because of inexperienced Ukrainian pilots. Besides they have a lot of orders already.

I wasn't talking about Ukraine buying them. Lord knows they haven't bothered to build an Air Force in the last 3-Decades. I doubt they'd be able to muster up the finances to buy even one.

I was talking in a hypothetical/humorous way for France to loan 'em the Rafales - which is why I used the word 'UBER'.

Russian equipment isn't nearly as modern as the French, but their Fighter Pilots are nuts & that is a lethal combination in quantity over quality.

What's really funny is that US & NATO was standing by Ukraine's side in the beginning & then evacuated all their soldiers at the 11th Hour.

Ukrainian partisans are already very active in the rear of the russian armed forces.... they are daily ambushing russian army units.
