keep killing them, keep putting them in jail, dont provide then equal opportunity in education and jobs and they will stop joining mujahideen...you are just giving them too much and they have so much free time for extra curricular activities. my suggestion to Indian govt is to stop giving them free nihari in the breakfast, so even you can start liking them

U get admission based on scores,there is no favouritism there,as simple as that.
When u think religion is more important than proper school education then u will get nowhere.
