India is a country of lots of diversity. In india, it is very difficult to standardize everything like America.

How ever our election is a biggest administrative exercise of the world involving lots of complexities.

We should justifiably be proud of that.

A mature democracy is dependent on a mature market economy, where there is legal protection and respect for property rights or the application of contracts. All the other things are just a form. Different countries has different ways, different regime, but one thing is common, we only care whether our govt represent the most people's interests.

Thank god your country is not a democracy. Otherwise China would have been rotten like Indian system.

Not a single country has perfect regime, there are always kinds of deficiencies.

Or maybe his "structure" is exactly an broadly inclusive concept. Sometimes you can't see the relations between different structures, it's complicated, but they are interdependent anyway.

Yes.....all these structures are interdependent and have their own unique dynamics. But is is important to recognize that they exist and any system put in place must be fair to all these structures else there will be instability. Democracy ensures two way communication between all these structures.

You are mixing between a system and usage (abusing ) of that very system. Indian Democratic system is very novel and to the extent a very mature system. People abusing (overt or covert) does not make it weak or immature.

No it is not failure of administrative system. Voters take and politicians give, where does administrators come into picture?

It does! It's duty of our administrative system to put checks and balances in place to avoid such thing from happening. It's their job to help and educate people so these things can be avoided.
