They knows that they don't need vote. They will come again. They are shameless people, speaks lie daily in front of nation. One Helicopter of hamza shahbaz, two helicopters of CM shahbaz sharif & one helicopter of Nawaz sharif standing in PM house while our army using 15 helicopters. Nawaz visited the effected area for 20 minutes, shahbaz sharif visited there for 15 minutes for photoshoot. while , they are doing politics, speaking against opposition i.e Nawaz sharif said in Kashmir, they are not scared from dharna...

Actually, it is more the fault of the haramkhor employees than the CM himself.

If he takes action against these people or their superiors he will set an example that will get rid of this practice but if he does nothing than he is also a part of this wrong practice.

How will he find out when most of his subordinates and civil bureaucracy are like that? That holds true for any CM, or even the
PM.

Hence his fault? He can just ask who the hell is incharge there and get rid of the whole bureaucracy if it is like this, if you want something to be done you need to step forward to do it rather than going for photoshoots or talking crap.

What you are observing is a near-total failure of governance in (in)action, which has been brewing for decades, and not just with the present government. It will not change overnight either, by getting rid of bureaucracy. You have to reform it, not get rid of it.
