He as a polite man, is the head of brain team of current Turkish defence industry. That man and his team created all strategies to develop Turkish defence industry and infastructure. Current destruction weapons Turkish industry developed, are created thanks to strategies of that man who has a sinless face. He is Murat BAYAR who was quoted almost all speeches of him in defence forums !!!
Mostly, When defence industry was asked to him, He always told the things that We lack or What we can't do so Most people don't like his style but Awareness the defficiencies of own industry lead him to create impressive plans. With this way, He directed the investments of institutes in accordance with the points we lacks.

A few time back i offered people to open a page in viki & wiki but noone did that... I know nothing about viki & wiki but i tried to open a page in viki(Turkish wiki)... I opened it and i posted some informations about him but i don't know why it didn't approved... However it didn't approved it could be seen... But i search for it now and i see that it is gone...
