They didnt just simply Founded Pakistan and left it It was a long struggle, you cant compare that with others.
They set up many institutions which are still standing today , Laws which are still there even if they are not.
Even with all the Mistakes i would Rank General AYUB , Zia above Imran Khan because of the achievements they have.
Yes Imran Khan is doing great it will be too early to Call him the greatest Leader , give him enough time to do actually do work , dont Judge him , simply support him as a leader of your nation without being biased.

Ayub left the legacy of bhutto where as zia left nawaz both having huge implications for Pakistan
While ayub era was known for agricultural and industrial revolution and if we didnt had 71 war and nationalization in 73 Pakistan might have been economic power by now
i dont see anything major in zia era though

Not exceptionally well actually ...comparing it to nawaz and PPPP era of weak governess largely due to nawaz relentless pressure on benazir is not a good comparison

That is the question. We had few good leaders in past and when they were taken out by international establishment, there was none left behind to fillin the boots and carry on the policies.

zia result was nawaz sharif who essential destroyed pakistan in last 30 years..he bankrupted Pakistan twice 1998 and 2018
he didnt allow benazir to rule in her two terms that lasted barely 2 years combined with no govt in punjab ..this resulted in hostile politics
true but both nawaz and bhenazir focused mostly on themselves.
Zias biggest mistake was nawaz.
both ppp and pmln have done lot of harm
