The previous BJP government launched Operation Parakram , which was a massive failure
India suffered 1,874 casualties without fighting a war - The Times of India
Indians lost over 2000+ soldiers and Pakistan won without a fight , the Indian Army could not muster up the courage to cross the international border.
Now again under Modi , they are bluffing about doing the same in light of some shoddy operation they did on the Manipur-Myanmar border.
lost 2000+ without a fight [HASHTAG]#56inch[/HASHTAG]
If it was just a stand off how did india lost 2k soldiers ?
2000 dead without a fight!
More like Suppa Powwa of stupidity.
1874 casualties reported by your own media check the link above. :-D :-D
Don't thank God, 2000 of your soldiers died doing absolutely no fighting. Unless of course you believe that your soldiers are incompetent.
How does one lose 2000 soldiers without a fight?
People do die. If you take an estimated sample size of 500,000 to 700,000 doctors, engineers, bankers or IT professionals, then some 1874 people among them would have died anyway over a period of 10-11 months. And army is not exactly among the safest places to work.
In case you are interested in calculations, then note that India's average mortality rate is at around 7.5 per 1000, that means 750 people in every 100,000 people die in a year, mortality rates during the Operation Parakram is far below the average.
