First hadith is mistranslated and there are numerous hadith mentioning similar thing, it is referring to a strife that doesn't only involve killing that will cleanse the people or in other words make them return to good beliefs/habits and it does not mean they will be wiped out.

Second hadith, there will not be many people with Prophet Jesus during that time, Arab or non-Arab, it will only be a group of people besieged by the Dajjal, and one hadith mentions an Arab tribe of Banu Tamim to be most steadfast against Dajjal.

The point is we should leave these interpretations to the scholars, and not summon these hadith for ill intentions like you are. Get over whatever frustrations you have my friend, it will not do good for you. Just wish for the best for all Arabs and non-Arabs.
