We still remember, how our prime minister was traveling to Pakistan in a bus, while you were infiltrating your soldiers into Indian Kashmir.

We remember, when ever we have engaged in a peace dialogue with you, you have responded with a terrorist attack in against Indian cities.

So it is better not to talk, and let the present status quo continue, because when ever there is progress towards peace, there are forces with in Pakistan which get unhinged(a result of your multiple power centers), and disrupt it, either by terrorism or military attacks.

Plenty of things have changed.

India is becoming more intolerant than before, people in IOK have more access to information (hence susceptible to psyops) among a variety of other factors including socio-economic.

This time it will be a more organic movement. A two nation theory 2.0.
