Where i work both my boss and subordinate are from so called untouchable castes. They got entry into govt colleagues where upper caste cant easily get a seat as 50% of seats are reserved for them.

Kya baat kar te ho. This Hindu majority India, our law don't discriminate people based on caste, creed even religion. Moreover they give opportunities to weaker section of society to compete with who are better off.

Except jobs in Military forces is exempted from it.

What is there to doubt? These are laws of the land for last 70 years. So called untouchable caste get more share than what is reserved for them as Upper caste Hindus can apply of unreserved jobs which are open for everyone including those who come under reserved category.
