Lets discuss a critical part of Pakistan's foreign policy, that is establishing multilateral ties with various nations.

Pakistan should seek to explore common interest and ties with Israel, Greece, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greek Cyprus, Georgia, Russia (already in progress), and many other countries. Pakistan has no problem with these nations and.

With Armenia, Pakistan can work with Armenia on a major energy deal. Armenia has gas it can sell to Pakistan.

With Greece, long historical reasons to establish stronger ties with this nation. Pakistan can cooperate on Defence, nuclear energy, agriculture, education, and more with Greece. Possibly, even hold Naval exercises in the Aegean sea.

With Israel, Israel has for a long time wanted to establish ties with Pakistan. Both nations can cooperate on agriculture, technology, defense, anti-terrorism and other fields.

. . . .
Greece is finished... they are only going to beg for money...

Great point, EU has basically taken over Greece by controlling their banking industry.

Israel seems like the strongest contender. Though we should still expand ties with Greece as we would be dealing with a EU-controlled Greece, Greece can still offer somethings.

For now we should strengthen relations with Armenia, Russia, and Iran, i don't know about israel though, you can't really trust them.

That's exactly one reason why we should explore ties with Israel. They have wanted strong ties with Pakistan for many years now and even have publicly stated a few times. Pres. Musharraf apparently thought the green light was there.

.
Pakistan also needs to expand ties with CARs and SCO, once entry into SCO ties between Russia and Pakistan should strengthen and opportunities in Defence and other fields will open up.

whats so special about them anyways?

To be brief, there is a lot of strategic value to be gained by partnership with Israel. Especially in Defence, science, technology, and elsewhere. Israelis have cooperated with us in the past. Even provided critical spare parts for F-16s. They are similar to Pakistan in the sense they have fought multiple wars with enemies numerically superior to them, and multiple times larger than them. Israel is advance in defense technology, missile shield system, radars, tanks, naval, small arms, etc...
