No they haven't, just AESA demo versions and the final development is still waiting for funds (from us) to kickstart, that's why a first test version will only fly around 2013 and the final production version is expected only from 2015 onwards!
We will not jointly develop the radar for EF, that will be mainly based on Selex galileo and some parts of EADS, our part will mainly be at the production side, for lower costs.

And Germany countered it with first long range missiles and low RCS fighter bombers, but thanks to the wrong leaership of Hitler, they focused on the missiles, instead of the fighters.
If he didn't decided to go for a 2 front war with Russia and UK at the same time and had listened more often on his generals and scientist, the world would look pretty different today, but thankfully he didn't an lost.
Technologically the Germans were far ahead of the allies and that's why they were so eager to get any bit of tech when the war was over. Nuclear techs, missile-, jet propulsion-, sub-, helicopter-, tank techs...so it's bassically the other way around as he said. Nearly anything we see today in the US has it's bases in Germany.

actually EF will put more maintenance to IA, as at the moment you have french standard for Mirage fleet, Russian standard to flankers and mig fleets, and american standard for C-17 and others....EF will indroduce their standards to your already troublesome spare parts supply.

rafale does have multi-role edge over EF, but again, rafale's unit cost is too high for a 4.5 gen fighter and still hasnt found a foreign buyer yet.
