Escalation in the Taiwan strait as the Taiwanese president boldly confirms US troops are present on the Island

What how is that even relevant here? Gotta outta here with that stuff. When I said flatline I meant it literally as in actual fukin literally. To many layman on this forum

Flatline 13,974 mi² of land?? Are you serious??

Go back to math and physics class kid and learn how much power is needed to flatline that much mass. Unless you want to nuke them and it would still require a lot of nukes......your conventional capabilities will disappear by the time you flatline 1,000 mi² of land.

They could technically tho if they hit all the population centers with Nukes that is the only way and I guess he meant that which technically makes him correct in his assesement but I doubt China wants to flatline Taiwan that is unnecessary measure against Taiwan.

I am pro-China on this stance and China will re-gain whatever they deem to be theirs. Iron Brothers here. I am not even concerned about the fall of Taiwan because it is merely a formality.. Nothing can stop Xi..

Just wait for it If the world economy somehow collapses or world trade collapses somehow china will go berserker rage everyone is waiting for that period to come but before that nothing will happen in the world but wait for that day to come and see the dragon that comes out from China and the size of it and it's strength it would start to swallow many countries whole in one piece and one of the early casualties will be cough India cough! Taiwan will just be a desert and before it there could be 5 daily meals

Are you trolling here or something? Because you can't be serious at all. China can flatline Taiwan entirely within minutes.

Stop embarrasing yourself further I am well versed about the military matters on the ground

Itachi is a false flagger - and probably from Kolkata. :-)

We should ask him to change his flag.

A random Youtube video is evidence??

So Youtube is banned in China since it's from the US but when it comes to trolling and spreading propaganda on PDF, it's allowed??
There is no "random" moment for militrary training. Each random moment represents whole course. Taiwan people themselves call their soldiers "strawberry soliders".

PLA soldiers training

Taiwan soliders training

Holy hell! Mann hope it happens on my lifetime. Unleash the dragon the song comes to mind imagine the world economy just tanks overnight 24 hours later in Beijing square the Chinese leader calls for WAR! this is the only scenario if such an event was to occur.

It would be like unleashing a giant red dragon the rampage that Dragon would cause just gives me goosebumps

But what the F' you only life once and I would definitely love it to happen in my lifetime to experience one of the most epic era in human history of gigantic engagements of epic proportions across the globe

That's it this song should become the unofficial PLA song even the lyrics match the situation ironically. The Dragon will not be unleashed tho until the economy collapses either via natural disaster or climate change or something disasterous once it reaches a point it has nothing to lose and this will be the exact time it unleashes like a volcano eruption

If China can hit Taiwan....then Taiwan can hit China too. You think Taiwan is just gonna sit there waiting for the missiles to hit the ground or fall into the ocean??

By the time China launches their barrage, Taiwan will be ready and firing its own too. A military buildup against Taiwan is painfully noticeable.

The Chinese will lose more manpower and civilians no doubt about it. You fanboys can't fathom that since you have never served, talked to someone who has or learned from their experiences.

It's not symmetrical. Taiwan doesn't have the long range rocket artillery or missile capability to hit China. They don't have a blue water navy with missile interceptors either.

Historically China has defeated Taiwan almost every single time so anything they can do we can do better.

The leader of Taiwan, the island thrust into the center of rising tensions between the United States and China, said the threat from Beijing is growing "every day," as for the first time she confirmed the presence of American troops on Taiwanese soil. CNN's Will Ripley.

President Tsai Confirms Presence of US Troops on Taiwanese Soil

Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen confirmed on Oct. 28 that for the first time in 40 years there are U.S. troops on Taiwanese soil, saying that she’s confident that the United States would defend the self-ruled island if it were attacked by China.

“I do have faith, given the long-term relationship that we have with the United States. and also the support of the people of the United States as well as the Congress,” she told CNN in an interview aired on Oct. 27. “The administration has been very helpful.”

The “threat from China is increasing every day,” Tsai stated, confirming that U.S. troops are currently stationed on the island. However, she said that there were “not as many as people thought” on Taiwanese soil.
“We have a wide range of cooperation with the United States aiming at increasing our defense capability,” she said.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) claims that the self-ruled island of Taiwan is a province of China. The democratically governed island has its own constitution, military, and ruling party.

Beijing has escalated military harassment against the island in recent weeks, including through a show of force from the Chinese military over Taiwan’s air defense zone.

Earlier this month, Chinese leader Xi Jinping renewed claims that Taiwan would be “reunified” with the mainland and blamed the continued commitment to Taiwan’s independence as a major threat to his plan of so-called national rejuvenation, a goal that observers say indicates Xi’s desire to transform the regime into the world’s sole superpower by mid-century.

“Here is this island of 23 million people trying hard every day to protect ourselves and protect our democracy and making sure that our people have the kind of freedom they deserve,” Tsai said. “If we fail, then that means people that believe in these values would doubt whether these are values that they [should] be fighting for.”

Tsai previously said the island will do “whatever it takes” to safeguard it against mounting CCP aggression.

Her latest remarks come a week after President Joe Biden told a CNN town hall event that the United States was committed to defending Taiwan if the self-ruled island were attacked by China—a departure from a long-held U.S. position of “strategic ambiguity.”

The White House later walked back his comments, while some analysts said Biden had simply misspoken. The president was “not intending to convey a change in policy, nor has he made a decision to change our policy,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said on Oct. 22.

Biden and Xi are expected to hold a virtual meeting before the end of the year, according to White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan.

She is smart. The US troops on the island will hinder chinese warmongers to start the war.
Imagine, US service members would be killed the US Congress wound authorize a full retaliation. Thing would escalate quickly.
Personally I think Ccp just does shadow boxing. Taiwan does not fit into scheme where China wound put its fate on the poker table.
Chinese wars against Vietnam, Korea and India do fit better.

Like I mentioned in Post #4 of this thread......any nukes on Taiwan will affect China too because of their close proximity....

The amount of nukes needed to "flatline" all of Taiwan will definitely lead to the death of millions of Chinese....probably more than the entire population of Taiwan (a paltry less than 25M).

Most of the Chinese population of more than 1B lives on or near the coast.

You can see hotspots right next to Taiwan:

My videos showed the training differences between the armies. Your video shows mistakes from rookies(Hot potato part was really bad a$$. Not a mistake at all). Do you think your video is persuasive? Rookies make mistakes. No big deal. That's why they are trained.

My video is ok, your video bad. Classic Chinese thought.

How are the people in your videos not rookies?? You a military official which can tell the difference? :D

I think China needs to give more attention to the hill area. Because it is the place that likely Taiwan build their underground bunkers. If you read US training propaganda video, They assume that Taiwanese will run to the mountainous area, and try to replicate Taliban's way of fighting. There, they tried to prolong the war. I think it is the most likely Taiwan army will do when China land on Taiwan. But those people are forget that Taiwan is small. They can't hold for too long. Unless they have an underground tunnel to Japan or Philippine.

Taiwan soliders in my first video are not rookies for sure. I know the background of the video. Taiwanese also speak Chinese. You can not tell which army is well trained from rookies. That's why your all about rookies' mistakes video is not persuasive.
