I just went through all the resolutions and found that resolutions proposed by ECR is pretty mild and has pro India leanings whereas the one by EPP is also quite mild.
These two are the 1st & 3rd largest groups in EU parl. There is no mention of Kahsmir too in them.
India should see that only these two resolutions pass (though at end of day it does not matter if all pass).

Only resolutions against India are the ones proposed by leftists groups.
