Similar things are not happening in BD only because of corruption at the high level. Some guys at the top have taken money to award such an important project to an unqualified company of Thailand. Now, the same people are resisting to give the project to some other company. However, some people here are supporting corruption. Very sad that they claim themselves as positive-minded.
