There is no such thing as Syria , understand this country was made by france , its completely fake . Most of the Sunnis support the rebels , while Kurds support the PYD only Christians and Alawis support Assad and they merely constitute 25% of Syria population.

The only solution to Syria is partition as it is right now , the only thing needed is agreement over the border between the three future states in Syria , the Chemical deal is just the start.

Christian and alawis can form their own secular state under Russian protection , they are not really Arabs , Christians are originally Assyrian not even Arab .

Sunnis will have their own state in the north , parts of central Syria all the way to the south .

Kurds have their own enclave in western Syria close to iraq border, they can join kurdish iraq region.

Syria is Just like Yoguslavia before , a fake country formed by foreign powers after ww2 .
