I really dont understand why there is no united economic bloc of Turkey, Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan together with FTA's.

- lot of heavy industry (Turkey, Iran)
- lot of consumers (all together)
- lot of rocket science (Iran, Pakistan)
- lot of nuclair centrals (Iran, Pakistan)
- lot of agriculture (all together)
- lot of water (Turkey)
- lot of tourism (Turkey)
- lot of opium (Afghanistan, Iran)
- lot of construction firms (Turkey)
- lot of oil (Iran)
- lot of entertainment industry (Turkey, Iran, Pakistan)
- lot of steel (Turkey)

Imagine a highspeed-rail named 'Eastern Express' wich includes the line Istanbul-Tehran-Kabul-Islamabad.

Or jointly operations against insurgents and terrorist organisations (PKK, Mujahedin Kalq, PJAK, Taliban, TTP).

Our leaders and their cabinets are really clowns if they didnt think about this.

Full agreement here. I closer bloc in the region is needed to deal with potential future environmental, economic and geopolitical challenges.

- Irans Shiite Regime cannot accept THE Sunni Muslim power of Pakistan. And Iranians have a severe racism problem.

- The relations with Turkey are severely overrated and have not resulted in something helpful for Pakistan. Feel good slogans will not help our economy nor our military might.

- Afghanistan and Pakistan Share a Long common history and Pakistan is home to many Pathans. But in order to improve relations the current regime of Kabul must go. After that we can try to form a new AfPak-Nation.

Pakistan has a higher population than all these countries combined and is the only noteworthy military power, so no need to become junior partners in an hostile environment (Turks and Iranis think they are racially superior to us, Afgs government is anti Pakistan).

Pakistan needs a strong economy full of prosperity and a strong military, but this cannot be imported, we have to make it ourselves.

Cut spending, cut taxes, reduce the red tape and implement online offices for all the bureaucracy needed, endorse personal
Freedom and stick to our founding principles (Tawheed!!!) and no power on earth can stop us!

Iran cannot be trusted. They like to run with the hare and hunt with the hound. Remember Kulbhshun also came from Iran. Besides BLA has their launching pads there.

Furthermore, Afghanistan is an undeclared enemy of Pakistan. They are firmly in India's camp.

If we here cannot unite, how would our leaders unite the Umma ? Our problem is that we cant think strict businessly. We think emotionally.

Look to the European Union. France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands and Brittain fought eachother for centuries but now they are strictly comrades.

Belgium got support from France and fought a independance war with Netherlands and declared itself independant. But there is no hate between them anymore.

Agreed. We have to think about the future and not the past. Global economy is heading for some serious changes ahead. China - USA decoupling, massive global currency debasement, protectionism, status of the dollar in question..... a zillion things. Having a regional bloc that has huge internal ability to produce and consume....plus a lot of natural resources......makes sense to me.

Iran is not interested in anything constructive. Even if Iran was interested Pakistan has too many people for this union to work. If Pakistan's population was 100 million it might work.
