This kind of serious news is getting shadowed by events in middle east and other places. Actually this poses great risk to countries like India and China whose people are working in Africa. Does your Govt. has issued travel ban or something? The disease can take a Pandemic form.

10% chance of survival.No cure so far and that is scary.When we are struggling to battle Japanese Encephalitis and hundreds of children are dying due to our medieval health care system what will happen when something like Ebola will strike us?

This is quite dangerous, as no anti Virus is been found, Unlike AIDS it can be transmitted in more ways and death comes fast.

symptoms r very similar to other hemorrhagic fevers(dengue,malaria etc),,,,,as i said no definitive treatment,only management,survival rate not good,,,no vaccine,,,it is infectious,,so only way to contain this disease is quarantine..

We in Peshawar are receivng Congo virus Patient's on daily basis from Afghanistan,I am more worried about congo virus right now as couple of doctors and nurses died after receiving it from congo patients...
