My thoughts exactly, a vegetarian option is a way out IF the motive of these politicians is really to find a solution. Because vegetarian doesn't have owe itself to any religious belief, if Muslim students then wish they may chose a veg option that appeases the ultra secularist values these people claim to hold to and not compromise their way of life.

I am a hardcore omnivore but disagree on this fact. This guy is a veggie and he won a bronze in the 2008 olympics. Malnutrition is due to extreme poverty and lack of balanced diet.

Being an athlete and eating only veg food (not even eggs) is possible, I did it for myself some time..... but its hard, its boring and monotonous and you are missing out too many delicious meat and fish products.
