Earthquake: India's response was like extending blank cheque, says Nepal

lot i am from army family too and at the time my family members in nepal , my father fought 1971 war so do not teach me about our army fool. Our army believes in all faith and don't put this humanitarian effort in religion bullshit

My father is a serving officer. As are two of my elder brothers.

And we are all proud Hindus. And we see this effort as helping fellow Hindus. Not a friendly bordering nation. HINDUS.

Do continue being a secular retard.

When I see enthusiasm of people to help Disaster victims, it amaze me. People literally have a craze of helping disaster victims. Once they see people being victim, you can not just stop them. Riding on a very strong wave of helping the people, their willingness to help have become their craze. You just can not stop them even if you wish.

Not everything is about religion you religious bigots. Humanity means something in India. we have historical people to people cultural ties with Nepal.

  • The Sanskrit word nipalaya means "at the foot of the mountains" or "abode at the foot"; Nepal may be derived from this.[1]
  • The Tibetan word niyampal means "holy land". Nepal may be derived from it.[1]
  • Nep are the people that used to be cow herders (gopal) who came to the Nepal valley from the Ganges Plain of modern-day India. Combining the two words yields Nepal.[1]
  • Some inhabitants of northern Nepal came from Tibet, where they herded sheep and produced wool. In Tibetan, ne means "wool" and pal means "house". Thus, Nepal is "house of wool".[2]
  • The Newar people, who inhabit the Kathmandu Valley, have the word nepa in their Nepal Bhasa language, meaning "country of the middle zone". Nepal may have been derived from this.[2]
  • A popular theory is that Lepcha people used the words ne ("holy") and pal ("cave") and thus Nepal to describe a "holy cave".[2][3]
  • According to Buddhist legend, the deity Manjusri drained the water from Nagadaha (a mythical lake that is believed to have filled the Kathmandu Valley). The valley became inhabitable and was ruled by Bhuktaman, a cow-herder, who took advice from a sage named "Ne". Pāla means "protector" or "taking care", so Nepal reflected the name of the sage who took care of the place, according to Nepali scholar Rishikesh Shaha.[4][2][5][1]
  • The epic Mahabharata mentions the Kiratas among the inhabitants of Nepal. Kirati king Yalambar had the dubious honor of being slain in the battle of the Mahabharata, in which gods and mortals fought alongside each other. Legend credits him with meeting Indra, the lord of heaven, who ventured into the Valley in human guise. It is said that during the battle of Mahabharata, Yalamber went to witness the battle with a view to take the side of the losing party. Lord Krishna, knowing the intention of Yalamber and the strength and unity of the Kiratas, thought that the war would unnecessarily be prolonged if Yalamber sided with the Kauravas. So, by a clever stroke of diplomacy, Lord Krishna cut off Yalamber's head.
Hinduism is not a religion and it's a way of life all around south asia. so we bound to help all south asian no matter which religion they practice.
NOT EXACTLY,Nepal is a hindu nation.
Its true we will help all south Asia. But Religion matters.
The Lord Rama married Sita who was daughter of King Janaka of Nepal,There is still a town called Janakpuri in Nepal now.

I like how the secularists get their chaddies all knotted because we take pleasure in helping our Hindu brothers.

Does it mean we would not help Pakistanis or Bangladeshis or Sri Lankans? Have we not in the past?

Why must we conform to their vision of impartial emotions and sentiments? Who the f**k are they? Our charity police?

Retards.

They don't understand,They are brainwashed into believing No religion for the past 60+ years, that fever of Secularism will come down with a Anti-Pyretic called Hindutva.
They can keep harping about no Religion but changes are happening on the ground and even they cannot ignore it.

Indian Army continues relief work in Nepal | Zee News

New Delhi: Indian Army choppers on Saturday braved bad weather and bad terrain to continue rescue and relief operations in quake-hit Nepal.

Army officials said the choppers were landing at difficult locations to rescue people and provide relief material.

Advanced light helicopters (ALHs) of the army and Mi17 of the Indian Air Force led the rescue operations, carrying tonnes of relief material and rescuing trapped people.

On Friday, field hospitals of the Indian Army, deployed at Lagenkhel, treated 119 patients while the medical team at Barpak treated 129 people.

The field hospital at Senamangal has treated 94 people while the medical team at Gorkha treated eight people.

The engineer teams at Barpak were working at opening roads.

The army was also providing assistance to locals in repairing their houses, officials said.
