In earphones sennheiser pretty much sucks except ie 800 that costs 900$(yup correct zeroes).it makes good headphones though.

I too think Bose is a bit overrated. But then, I'm no Sound-connoisseur. Who knows what the 'experts' hear from those Bose boomers.

I was about to say that all the Turbine models (especially the golds) are very bass heavy. A lot of people like that, Not so much for me. I ended up getting the Miles Davis tribute Jazz Turbines and they had a much more balanced sound.
