Why would somebody oppose UCC??
UCC would mean that nobody would be judged according to their religion/ caste. Isnt it?

Cast is not a factor , religion is. but i do have a problem with the way its done. if we let guys like swamy have his way there is no end to the problems we face in the future.
PS: the UCC exists in only one state in India , that GOA.

article 370 must not be removed but amended

1) Any Indian can sell or buy property or reside in J&K
2) The judiciary: J&K will be under Supreme court of India.
3) The Parliament will have the power to make laws in all issues.

Similarly, change in Article 1 of J&K Constitution will be required, which will validate the extended powers of Parliament and Supreme court in J&K.
