Donald Trump: Will free jailed Pakistan doc who tracked bin Laden

Pashtun kids are getting polio because of him
they are not getting polio or polio workers gets killed because some general worked with CIA who were abusing the polio program

That's army officer was also Pashtun and like most Pashtuns was loyal to his country Pakistan.
but they did committed treason of highest level, the doctor is behind bar, because he worked with CIA, your general's did it too, God knows how much pocket money they made.

you could say Bush was the end of the Republican Party. Democrats pander to Blacks,Hispanics,Woman, and Millennials.

the silent majority will get Trump elected, but I don't think he can fix this rotten country. you got to let the house fall down before rebuilding it.

everyone who thinks Trump is a clown that clown was against invading Iraq and tge misadventures in Libya and now Syria. If anything Trump would be a good President for the Muslim world.
There is no such thing.
This is a concept that is put forward by political movements looking to promote more supporters than they actually have.
Trump's silent majority was the republican party's silent majority.

There is absolutely no evidence so far that there is a silent majority in independents that supports him. If anything, there was a silent majority for Bernie that exists.

.
My God! He hates Pakistan from his bottom of his heart!

He will create lot of trouble if he becomes President.

Watch out Pakistan!!!

There is difference between running a Hotel business and a country......he don't have any idea about foreign policy...........these are just political speeches...........like your Indian politicians do everyday against Pakistan, but they never can do anything........:p:

@Irfan Baloch banned member stretegic death who is actually an indian and whom you banned because of using US and israeli flags is back again witj new avatar and name and still using israeli flag
people like him fade away as soon as you ignore them completely. their life is so pathetic and have such low self esteem that they have to pretend to be someone else while trying to troll you.

for me they are nothing more than a trash I dispose, don't quote them don't mention them don't engage them. their short lived pathetic existence in this forum will be a failure.

it is really sad that Trump himself is shoot his foot and alienating his own voters mainly the females. even Romney had more white Republican female support than him. his thoughtless gaffes are not just confined to his treatment of Mexicans or Muslims but more than half of the American population i.e. the females.

Republican presidential front runner Donald Trump today claimed if elected he would ensure the Pakistani doctor who helped the CIA trace Osama bin Laden is freed from jail within “two minutes”. “Yes, I do. I think I would get him out in two minutes,” Trump told Fox News in an interview when asked if he would help free Shakeel Afridi, the doctor jailed for helping the US track down al-Qaeda leader bin Laden who was killed in a covert raid by US commandos in 2011. “I would tell them let him out and I’m sure they would let him out,” Trump said with confidence. “Because we give a lot of aid to Pakistan. We give a lot of money to Pakistan. And frankly, they don’t have any respect for our president. But when you say they take advantage or they are no friend, nobody is a friend to us,” he said.

“They just take us like a bunch of suckers. And that’s what my speech was about to a certain extent. It was also economic in terms of economic, relative to aid and the military. But Pakistan certainly takes advantage like everybody else. Nobody is different,” Trump said. The real estate tycoon said he would keep 10,000 troops in Afghanistan mainly because of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons. “I would stay in Afghanistan. It’s probably the one place we should have gone in the Middle East because it’s adjacent and right next to Pakistan which has nuclear weapons. So I think you have to stay and do the best you can, not that it’s ever going to be great but I don’t think we have much of a choice,” he said. “That’s one place, frankly, instead of going to Iraq we probably should have gone there first. I would say in Afghanistan and only, again, because of its location next to Pakistan,” Trump said. “So you would keep the 10,000 troops there and fight a war of attrition against the Taliban? You know, Pakistan…?” Trump was asked. “I hate doing it, I hate doing it so much. But, again, you have nuclear weapons in Pakistan so I would do it,” he said.

Indianexpress .. yea.. the claim to supremacy is confined to Pakistan obsession

as for Dr Afridi... the guy was abandoned by CIA and ISI was tipped off instead of a promised safe exit out of the country towards America.

the guy has had a trained and crooked past, conning people out of their money for fake and needless surgeries.. treating criminals and even terrorists. for him money was a the god and hence he was recruited and CIA eventually betrayed him which was a befitting end to his own betrayal of his profession, his people and the country.

American request for his release is just a token window dressing and mainly by anti Pakistan lawmakers who are on Indian payroll to keep pressure against Pakistan. sometimes the so called "aid" is either suspended or trimmed and sometimes the payments due to us are denied etc. but Pakistan is right to refuse his release and shows that money is not everything for us as Indians want to believe.

I dont know what happens tomorrow. he might get a pass to USA after these many years but if American administration was sincere and really needed that guy then he would have been out. for them he is a scumbag and a disposable article .. something which Pakistan also agrees.

Betrayal of his people, his profession and country, by helping to get rid of OBL. ok.

Remind me AGAIN why is Dr. AQ Khan, free?

If helping nab the most heinous terrorist in the world is treason, What exactly is proliferating reactor plans, centrifuges and enrichment protocols?
but then again it's your bakra, age se kato ya peeche se, jawab to khudko hi dena hai.

A Q Khan was free because there was a conspiracy to defame him just like conveniently Kunduz Airlift becomes a conspiracy, death of Osama becomes a conspiracy, 9/11, Pathankot and Mumbai attacks become a conspiracy.

And did you note the Indian tadka added in by honorary @Irfan Baloch,
American request for his release is just a token window dressing and mainly by anti Pakistan lawmakers who are on Indian payroll to keep pressure against Pakistan

How can anything anti Pakistani not have clumsy Indian fingerprints all over it.

referring to Indian lobbying over the American lawmakers.. who sometimes bring up pro Insurgency talk about Baluchistan or the F-16s or Cobra gunships. I am talking as a matter of fact .. not questioning the morality or fairness of what Indians do.
as for the American lawymakers.. they will say whatever their financiers tell them. it can be the middle eastern policy, or denial of global warming, gun laws, "restraining" Pakistan or .. bombing Iran or whatever.

.
Uncle Sam used to say something more terrible about Pakistan than the Donald duck.........

What was that? Anyway, if Pakistan has not prepared herself for the possibility of someone like Trump becoming the US President she deserves what's coming her way. History does not spare anyone for not learning from the past. Muslims all over the globe are in the receiving end of all kinds of atrocities because we ourselves and our rulers did not learn anything from the past hostilities between the Muslims and the Christians. The crusade was never over, they just gave it a different appearance to make the Muslims believe that it was over.

La La G..
I know that you know few things more than you are willing to admit.

his "help" was a smoke screen. the "Walker" was already tagged long time ago and the tip off by the ISI about the courier was the last piece. CIA gave Dr Afridi to ISI as a compensation. if he was a real deal as you are claiming then he would have been sent to Badgram soon after the raid.
like I said, the guy was tainted and not only conned the tribal people but also operated the Taliban (possibly haqqani fighters too).

so ... please..
don't portray him as some selfless hero who he is not,.

he was a scumbag, used and abandoned by CIA and now treated like a scumbag for rest of his miserable life.
the entire official story of the raid is suspicious

there are so many inconsistencies like the claim over Afridi's role and his "sacrifice". CIA told Afridi about the guy and the type of the "getaway" vehicle that was going to pick him up... what CIA "forgot" to tell him was that the driver was ISI .. lol

just to point out another one
I know you are smart and must have given a thought about the Chinook that was sent later to pick up the spoils and the SEALS ... that Chinook was NOT stealthy was it? it was all planned out and the convey was escorted by a PA Huey to a Pakistani base before taking off finally to Afghanistan.

.
Trump is only saying what a lot of average Americans actually think. A lot of people are tired of the tangential politically correct speeches made by candidates. People are tired of liberals making excuses for bad behavior.

As surprising as it is, Pakistan is not a popular country among those Americans who have actually heard of it. Most people feel that Pakistan has been double dealing and lying and putting American soldiers in harms way.

Paksitanis no doubt have a different view but Trump is running to be president of USA not of Pakistan, he is concerned about American public opinion not anyone else's.

The doc helped Americans and it is hardly surprising that Americans would want to help him.

As for that garbage about endangering polio workers....polio workers in Pak were endangered long before this guy came along. The mullahs said that polio was a conspiracy to make children sterile. This originally came about because the boxes in which the vaccines came were marked "sterile" . The rural mullahs put two and two together and got six !

Well you said it not me. When you are saying that Chinook sent was known, and PA escorted the mission out of Jacobabad, then why this treason drama.

Your intel agency was in on this according to you, are you admitting that your intel and military were the actual culprits of treason and this bugger was just the fall guy. If that is the case why is this fellow in Jail, because he was conned by two most competent intel agencies, CIA and ISI?

1>Lets get it straight. IMO someone like AQ khan should be in jail with this guy as both are culpable under the act of treason. Social justice is right to every citizen, and preferential treatment shouldn't be meted out to people like AQ Khan. And from presidential pardons to military courts, the efficacy of justice is known, so If you want to follow the book to the teeth, shouldn't DR. Khan be Dr Afridi's neighbor?

2> As you are saying that your intel and military was in on this from the get go, then it is a the worst kind of con game that your judiciary is playing by blaming an individual for treason that was actually an intitutional action.

3> If ISI and your Military was in dark before the raid and were persuaded by US after the raid, and the Dr was given to you as a face saving grace, then that is the worst case where, your ally infringes your sovereignty, maligns you in international forum and leaves you with a contentious prize for which you will forever be condemned in international community as the ones who imprisoned the Dr who helped get rid of OBL.

Pick whichever, you are on the wrong side of justice in all three cases.

I dont know if he was a hero, or a nobody, the question here is you are keeping him in jail, because you are pissed off at the Americans. If your intel agency were involved, you should be pissed off at them, if there was someone harboring OBL, you should be pissed off at them, The Huey that excorted the chonook back, youe should be pissed off at that station chief, but the fact remain you are pissed off at a "crook, a nobody, a sell out", honestly tell me how many of our (both yours and mine) stalwarts fit that description, and how many are behind bars?

It's full moon and the Wolves are howling, is the only way to describe the election year in US.
People tend to suffer from memory loss as what Obama promised if he got elected as President, ironically he is now a staunch supporter of American F-16s for Pakistan...in due course, Donald Trump will also come into his senses.

Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama said on Wednesday the United States must be willing to strike al Qaeda targets inside Pakistan, adopting a tough tone after a chief rival accused him of naivete in foreign policy.Tough talk on Pakistan from Obama
Obama said if elected in November 2008 he would be willing to attack inside Pakistan with or without approval from the Pakistani government, a move that would likely cause anxiety in the already troubled region

Typical mentality of beating around the bush....as if Obama in 2008 was aware of OBL's presence in Pakistan, had you bothered reading before pressing the reply button, he wasn't exactly talking about one individual hence the reason they keep harping about ''Do More''.
