Umarov was the last major Chechen fighter still not killed by the Russian or Chechen special services. Though he had no more real power - the Chechen insurgency has been basically wiped out - he was still the living personification of evil for many Chechens and Russians and his death marks the end of a tragic and ugly era. May God protect the Russian and Chechen people and may they always live in peace.

If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.

What if a man intentionally kills an unbeliever?:undecided:

Might have been taken out by Americans to ratchet up the tensions in Russian Caucasus.

@janon

A reward if the killing was just.
A punishment if the killing was unjust!

When is it just and when is it unjust to kill an unbeliever?

Just as it is right to kill a believer for doing something punishable by death. Death upon a believer and an unbeliever is the same. The reasons are known if you know the justice system, eye for an eye.

Good. Then don't you think that the line that he quoted should have simply said ''do not kill anybody unjustly'', without differentiating between believers and non believers? So many unnecessary deaths and wars and calamities would the human race be spared from, if the scriptures were clear about these things.

Islamists are in no position to judge who is beliver and who is not believer. Islamists are payed soldiers of US imperialism. They are slaughtering their own people for money.

One of the FSA commanders told a TV reporter that they seize Tanks and sell them for money to ISIL, so ISIL can create a Sharia state. ISIL gets the money from Saudi Arabia and Saudis get Support from US Government to secure loyality of jihadist terrorists in syria and middle east.

Everything a jihadist believes in is POWER AND MONEY.

These scriptures came from Allah at certain occasions like wars, disputes, etc etc. They were clear very much. The verse he quoted referred to infighting between people who would kill each other over petty disputes. Thus the verse.

Even if things were clear, those who wanna kill use anything and everything to justify it. Hence the inevitability of deaths.
