Does Pakistan have Article 370 type instrument?

I would Like to ask Indian members and Pakistani members, if Pakistan has special article like article 370 in India, which prohibits the Migration of people into Azad Kashmir?

Since all of what Maharaja Hari Singh owned acceded to India and as per UN is 'disputed' , both nations have to maintain status quo.

Therefore both have enacted laws to serve this aim.

There is no such thing as Azad Kashmir or Pakistan occupied Kashmir as Kashmiri people are happily living as Pakistanis. Unlike the forcefully kept Indian Kadhmir.

This leads any discussion in the direction of almost complete denial of democracy to the so-called Azad Kashmir.

read history , Gilgit is part of J&K , just PAK separated Northern States in order to grab land from kashmiri. Thats why you kill every one in Pak Kashmir ,who asked for separation from PAK.
