Had it been banned, they can't sell with made in India tag. Then it will be illegal even of having their possession. Make strict rules and avoid it by all cost. Bring this attention of local people to avoid stents and even medical treatment from india at all cost and illegal. U even can punish your people with you 2 cent shariat laws as well.
