agar military ahh jati ha to yeh political shaheed bun jaiin ga or 5,10 saal Saudi Arabia main ayashi ker ka phir ahh jain ga election main. Tab tak awam be bhool chuki hoo gi in ka kertoot or yeh log dobara ahh jain ga.

It should be left up to the people if they really want Nawaz out or are ok with the corrupt system, lack of justice, hiked inflation and what not.

Look what i am worried about is a South Asian Summer similar to Arab Spring.

Where every arab nation overthrew their leaders, BUT today none of them are happy.

i Just hope something works out the middle path. but no ARAB SPRING type situation is needed in Pakistan.

Please save Pakistan from becoming Libya, Syria, Egypt or Tunis.

Military Rule in Pakistan

The Five Military Rulers (1956-2008)

Iskander Mirza (March 23, 1956–October 27, 1958): 948 Days
Ayub Khan (October 27, 1958-March 25, 1969): 3,802 Days
Ceded Shaksgam Valley to China in 1963.
Yahya Khan (March 25, 1969-December 20, 1971): 1,000 Days
Surrendered East Pakistan to India in 1971.
Zia-ul-Haq (July 5, 1977-August 17, 1988): 4,061 Days
Lost Siachin Glacier to India in 1984.
Pervez Musharraf (October 12, 1999-August 18, 2008): 3,233 Days
Surrendered Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to United States in 2004.

Days since independence (22-08-2014): 24,480
Days under military rule: 13,044
Days under democratic rule (22-08-2014): 11,436

Democratic rule in Pakistan can only surpass military rule on January 17, 2019 under the current status quo.

Why not give Democracy a chance to Rule, give it some time & it will surely deliver some results

Tabhi toh kaha time doh yaar

6 years in a row is a very long time. If a change were to happen, it would've happened so long ago.
But military is still not the answer for the long term, but they need to take over right now to perform a fair election under their watch. I mean like soldiers at every polling stations type watch. They can call on reserves, or rangers.
Then whoever wins the election, rules the country and serves the people. No one would complain after that.

This is also a good solution, perhaps you should write a letter to NS or Zardari or IK

We want democracy but we never had it in Pakistan because its the same families coming in power again and again so its more like a Monarchy.

I feel you man,but Army is not a long term solution it is just a short term solution,@razgriz19 has proposed a very good solution

I do not think the question is fair. PA always had the hold on the leash!! Not another takeover or anything like that.....It is just sometimes visible, sometimes invisible!!

WELL DEMOCRACY IS A TREE. the tree never got off budding in pakistan.

Sadly it needs atleast 20 years to grow. In pakistan max we had is 6 straight years. People will never elect Zardari again why just because he got complete 5 years. Now people know that PPP is finished.
