1)Naturally, it would improve. Billions of $$$ are being spent on these technologies now in US, Israel,Russia, India and China.

2)Iron Dome is neither BMD nor CMD. By the way, it's almost obsolete. Now coming David's Sling.(it can be called a semi CMD).

The world is overpopulated. 7.1 billion people and increasing. Africa and Sth Asia are the two most populous regions. Wars always break out when there is a need for lebensraum. Central Africa is one of the most populated areas in Africa and there is a full scale war out there. Sth Asia is overpopulated. Even if India was a majority Muslim region, governed by a Muslim government, then an excuse for war and conflict will arise for some other reason. The Director General Military Operations (DGMO), Pakistan Army strongly and categorically rejected Indian allegations of Line of Control (LOC) violation by Pakistani troops and killings of five Indian soldiers at the LOC in Poonch sector on night of August 5/6.
According to military sources here in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, a special hotline contact was established this morning between the DGMOs of Pakistan army and Indian army to discuss situation arising due to recent Indian allegations on LOC.
Pakistan Army also lodged a strong protest during special hotline contact for LOC violation by Indian troops in Pandu sector on Wednesday in which two Pakistani soldiers were seriously wounded. It was reiterated by Pak army DGMO that Pakistan Army abide by the ceasefire agreement existing between two countries.
