Pakistan Defence

Is There any difference between Punjabi spoken in pakistan and punjabi among sikhs , i came across many pakistanis in person who Claim punjabi spoken among sikhs is authentic and pure accent of punjabi . where as there are more punjabi speaking people in pakistan compared to India ... just curious
