In the case of Pakistan India has no need of Army, Pakistan will protect her country her self from India.
BD has no need to war with India and nor SL Nepal, Bhutan etc except China.

Every country needs army.

It is an institution of the country and is there for all the right reasons.

No one wants war but it is always good to have an insurance policy.
