Did Air Marshal Noor Khan Flew as a Fighter pilot in Arab War while being the Chief of PAF ?

. . . .
He remained the Air chief till 1969 but don't recall him flying in the Arab Israel war of 1967 nor afterwards.

Actually since i was just surfing wiki, found this that he scored some kills in Arab Israel war, This is where I seriously got confused, An Air chief going to fight and that to for other militaries...
Might be wrong as Wiki isn’t reliable...

Only kills scored in 1967 war were by Saif-ul-Azam.

I find it hard to believe that chief of PAF, its most senior officer, would actively participate in a foreign war. What would've happened if he was captured or killed?

No Air Chief in the world would fly operational missions for another country as a mercenary,they command the overall fight rather than fight on the front.

.
no not at all everyone know pilots count and names can be find

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Misinformation at mass level is alarming for me,
I had to do that, Nothing felt alright.

Why would a Chief even participate in aerial fights and that too for a foreign air force/coalition.

You are a bad lad!

You know about his background right? PIA, then transferred in to take over from a services legend just weeks before the storm, the controversy with Arjan Singh, the performance of the PAF. You must have read up on all this before getting side-tracked.

Personally, I admire Asghar Khan as much if not more, but Nur Khan was a ball of fire.

The top brass Then was extremely professional and experienced in the subcontinent, Those That were the successors of British Indian Army.

Nowadays ? Not much fights to actually derive a conclusion
