Details emerge of Chinese J-11B heavy air superiority fighter

Details have emerged of China's next-generation J-11B heavy air superiority fighter aircraft: a further development of Sukhoi's Su-27SK (Chinese designation J-11) that ended production in 2004 ahead of its planned run.Shenyang Aviation Corporation assembled 95 J-11 fighters from imported Russian components, although the original project had called for 200 aircraft, and it is likely production was stopped in anticipation of the improved J-11B.

Jian-11 Multirole Fighter Aircraft

The Shenyang J-11 (Jianji-11 or Jian-11) is the Chinese copy of the Sukhoi Su-27 (NATo reporting name: Flanker) air-superiority fighter built by the Shenyang Aircraft Corporation (SAC). The basic variant J-11, built using Russian-supplied kits, is identical to the Su-27SK. The “indigenised” multirole variant J-11B was based on the Su-27SK/J-11 airframe, but fitted with Chinese-built avionics and weapon suite. Future productions of the J-11 will also be powered by the indigenous FWS-10A ‘Taihang’ turbofan jet engine.

Can Pakistan buy this bird to rattle Indian Su-30

J-11B is modernised multi-role fighter developed from China using the Su-27 airframe and surely can compute Indian SU-30

So, in contract its not allowed for export?
Is it like that!!!

It is no problem bro, PAF is receiving the J-10B (FC-20), it is even better than J-11B. PAF does not need any J-11 or Su-30 type aircraft.
Thanks wangrong for posting the pictures, Taihang looks good.

after j-10 (fc-20) Pakistani eyes on jxx not j-11b.but some news are last year China offer Pakistan j-11b .not yet clear from sources.

Yeah, Last year i also heard those news but I agree with hj786, Pakistan might be looking for JXX
:china::pakistan:

as far as i know China wants J-11B to match SU-35 in performance :sniper:
and good thing abt J-11B is its low RCS as compared to MKI and other su-27 series jets..:cheers:

impossible

China, Russia sign agreement on su27/J11:coffee:

Yes, but the J-11B is 100% completely Chinese-designed and developed. It uses 100% Chinese technologies. That's why it's considered a fully Chinese fighter and is available for export.
